At raiz threads – Style Unfilter, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved making it. If you’re not completely satisfied, our refund and return process is designed to be simple and hassle-free.
1. Return Period
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we won’t be able to accept returns or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original packaging with tags attached
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
3. How to Return an Item
Step 1 – Contact Us
Email us at support@raizthreads.com to request a return authorization.
Step 2 – Pack It Right
Securely pack your item in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and paperwork.
Step 3 – Ship It Back
Send your package to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for peace of mind.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We’ll notify you via email if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Follow the return process above and place a new order for your preferred item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Final sale items
Gift cards
Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Otherwise, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
